Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects inclusion during work, while interacting with others on behalf of the company and at all work sponsored events and functions.
Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action.
Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives is encouraged to report the incident their immediate manager, CFO or Office Manager.
